The course (CLP 4314) was an interesting course I was able to be part of in my sophomore year of college. It taught us a lot about social determinants of health and mental health through an online format. This course allowed me to learn more about how our environment affects our health and our ability to take care of our health. It brought into perspective how much influence the environment has.
